Made much cheaper than years past. Cardboard backing instead of plastic. Just not as good of overall quality. Has to last a whole year and not sure this will. Pay more...Get less. Time to look at a different company. It’s a shame when cost cutting affects the consumer and not the company!

The new design has a cardboard backer instead of plastic in an "eco-friendly design." In the past, I've hung mine on the wall with the plastic backer. This is impossible to do with this design. Disappointing change. Will not buy in the future if they don't fix this issue.

I buy this calendar every year for my husband. He's been using one for probably a dozen years. This year, though, the stand that props it up is fold out cardboard instead of the hard plastic that it's always been. I guess somebody is trying to save the environment or the landfill, but it just doesn't work as well. But it's still a great calendar

Not ordering these calendars again. They fail to say the calendar is no longer in a plastic frame to have it stand up. there's a cheap little cardboard in the back that is suppose to take its place ReallY !

Have bought this calendar for decades, but probably not again. Workman replaced sturdy plastic stand-up backing with cheap cardboard which has already given out. Why debase a beautiful, uplifting calendar? Content perfect but usability now terrible.

This is okay - just know that this doesn't prop up in an easel-like fashion and the pages I guess are meant to tear out each day - If not meant to tear out each day... well, they do.

Buy this every year for my niece for Christmas. She sets it on her desk at college. She loves to start her day with a Bible verse.

I really like this daily Bible verse calendar. I love the picture and daily verses it great fir my spirit and look forward to opening everyday of the year.

Disappointing. The new “eco-friendly design” is an excuse for a cheap cardboard backing that doesn’t hold up. Won’t be able to use this for the year.

My family has been using this calendar for so many years. It is the only KJV calendar we have been able to find. The quality is excellent, the print is large, the photos are beautiful and the paper is sturdy. Other calendars we have tried have had such tiny print you needed a magnifying glass to see it. We always order a dozen extras to give away as gifts. I just hope they continue to keep making this KJV version because one year they did not produce it, but thankfully they brought it back the following year and ever since.

The photos are top notch. The verses are appropriate. My only wish is that they had an NIV version. I have purchased other bible verse desk top calendars but none have the quality of photos and high gloss paper that this one does.

I have purchased the Bible Page-a-Day calendar for several years. Very disappointed that it no longer comes with a plastic easel.

This is the last Workman calendar Page-A-Day I'll be buying. Instead of the hard plastic back, it's now CARDBOARD. the design does not allow it to stay up. How cheap can you get?

There was no stand for the calendar, it just lays flat. Very disappointed

There are many similar tear-off-a-page calendars, but this one is still the best. Even better now with a cardboard backer instead of plastic. Have purchased Page-A-Day for years, and will continue to buy them in the future. They are the best, always inspirational. Many Thanks!

I really love this! It's just a little pricey, but I'll probably buy it every year anyway. My dad is stuck on it too. He loves the size and the quick inspiration each day. Sit in a waiting room, your bathroom, or on a coffee table. Very nice!

I buy these every year. Been buying for elderly grandmother for decades. Sadly she passed away so I’ve found other elderly friends who love the verses. Really lovely gift. Well made. Clear writing and nice illustration with bright colours. Can’t recommend highly enough for the hot they bring.

Almost perfect - but for one very important thing. The Biblical quotes are all from the old King James version of the Bible - really? No wonder people are deserting the gospel. Gives the impression the Bible is outdated! But I guess the publishers don't really take these things in to consideration. Sad that those who compiled it don't either.

Tear-off page-a-day calendar which sits on our kitchen table - every page shows an attractive photo with a Bible verse (one page with 2 verses for Sat/Sunday). Came in a sturdy colourful cardboard box, suitable for a gift. I'd be pleased to receive one, and plan to buy more in December for next year.

We like the pictures but the verses (KJV) need to be updated to a more modern translation. Selected verses not very motivating. Need a better selection. Won't buy it again.

The first time I have bought one of these calendars.A beautiful picture calendar with a verse.I will use the calendar as either a tear off page or as a book.I am happy with the design of this calender and it was well worth the money i paid.
