1000 Word Search Puzzle Book for Adults: Big Puzzlebook with Word Find Puzzles for Seniors, Adults and all other Puzzle Fans

I purchased this word search for my wife who loves word searches and she was so impressed with it the two puzzles on each page, the size of the puzzles individually are a great size for using pens or pencils to mark off , the thickness of the book works well for each use . It’s not super heavy to carry for her and she loves it !! She would recommend it to any person who is looking for a gift or a splurge on themselves when they need it ! I would definitely buy this puzzle book company books again !!

Love this word search book. I love the font size and the spread out of every puzzle. Only con to point out is if you use markers or highlighters they bleed through a bit but other than that it’s a great buy.

I bought this for my elderly father to help with boredom during Covid. He has really enjoyed having something to keep his mind busy.

Finding words in these books are so fun that I sometimes can't stop.

Finally a word search book I'm not going to go through in one sitting. Also there are actual multi-syllable words here which make it more interesting. I have nothing against quotes or Bible scriptures forming a word find however when the word I'm asked to find is "not", "the" and other 3-4 letter words it gets old. This book has a lot of location names from around the world, some previously unknown to me vocabulary words and can keep your attention. Also everyone I know goggling at it when they see it is a plus too. It is fairly substantial and more than the average word search book however I feel it makes up for the added cost and weight in the sheer quantity of puzzles. There are only word searches in this book. If you're looking for number searches, license plate searches or others look elsewhere.

I like the organization of pages and clues. The answers pages are quite a few, but if needed handy. The book is very heavy for gra'ma so pages are cut out. Maybe perforated pages next time!

Wow! More than I bargained for. Huge sized book, can only use on a table. Very heavy and large. Should have looked at size, but will still use.

I really like this word search puzzle book. I had decided to review it after I had worked 10% of the puzzles. So I've worked a hundred of them now and I'm sure that I do really like it. I like working these right before bed, very relaxing. * It's quite a standardized book. Each puzzle has only 20 words, no themes, no blue language, contains place names from around the world so there's always a new place every puzzle * The book itself, having a thousand puzzles, is actually quite heavy. It would be great sitting at a table but sitting in a recliner, for example, it's a bit unwieldy. Very happy with it otherwise. Onward to the remaining 900 puzzles!

The main reason I got this is because it is a large book with 1000 puzzles, and I go through puzzles fairly fast. I usually go with sudoku or logic problems but wanted a change. This says for adults so I thought there would be a challenge in finding words, but the only thing adult is some of the words which I've never heard of. I like the size of the text and the book is laid out nicely. There are 300 letters in each puzzle but only 20 words. They are way too easy to find with not a lot of overlap. I can look at a page and see quite a few of the words without even searching for them. I do like more of a challenge in my puzzles. I don't think I'll get any more word search books by this author. It doesn't have a name till the very end, but independently published might be a red flag for me buying it.

Each puzzle only has 20 words to find -- kind of disappointing. Puzzle has no topic, but the description does state that. Pages tare out easily. You have to tare them out because the book is so big. To make these puzzles more interesting, I circle all the words I can make on my own after I complete the required words. I usually find 75 to 100 additional words, which makes this so-so puzzle book more fun. Good price. Quality paper.

My grandmother loves word and number search puzzles. There are two puzzles per page with 1000 puzzles in total. Solutions to puzzles are included in the back. The only negative, the words are smaller than what I expected for my 82 year old grandma.

We love word search books because they have helped my husband and I keep our minds active. The reason I gave 2 stars was because each puzzle had the potential of more words to be found. But each puzzle have the same number of words and a lot the puzzle was not even used. It was not much of a challenge as other word searches have offered. I felt this help us through the Pandemic.

This puzzle book is full of words that are never used in a persons daily vocabulary. Most words are very long and there are only 20 words in each puzzle. There is not a theme so they are just words. Some of them are names of cities that are not recognizable. I would not recommend this book. It was not challenging or interesting.

I like Funster better but they had no new word find puzzle books. This word find has no themes. The puzzles are smaller but the words are harder.

I absolutely love doing word search puzzles and can do them for hours at a time. This will definitely keep you busy.

Good buy

Is a very high quality book. I am talking about the way looks like. what I really dislike is the fact that uses "special" words people don't use on day to day life, fancy name for simple day to day use etc. An "ordinary person" gets frustrated after 10 minutes. May be would be better to mention on first page JUST FOR PHD or something like this.

The puzzles are too bunched together, I bought this for my senior client who loves word searches and she said that she had to wear reading glasses and still had a problem seeing the letters. Waste of money

This would've been much better if they combined both puzzles on each page into one bigger puzzle. It would be much more challenging. Still, it's better than many word search puzzles I've worked on.

This book is huge! Not one to pack from room to room or in a trip. The only thing I hate about it is there is not one theme. Just a bunch of random words. No thought out into it. Themes keep you in a mind set and helps you find words you haven’t got to yet, that’s the fun. It’s rather annoying to me to the point of irritation. Not worth sending back but wouldn’t recommend it for this and it’s a most important reason to us who love word searches.

This puzzle book is almost 2 inches thick. worth every penny. Day, Weeks of puzzles.
