Great Book for LSAT Prep
If you are studying for the LSAT you definitely need this book. It does not offer explanations (you can find most of these online just by searching), but none the less is invaluable in evaluating how well you will do on the real LSAT. You get 10 Practice tests, for a total of: 20 Logical reasoning sections 10 Reading Comprehension sections 10 Analytical Reasoning (logic games) sections. Individually that is: 500 Logical reasoning questions 40 Reading Comprehension passages 40 Logic games
Awesome, but hilarious!
This book has ten official LSATs. That's it. No explanations. Just tests. These tests were administered from December 2003 to December 2006. In other words, PrepTest 42 was the December 2003 LSAT and PrepTest 51 was the December 2006 LSAT. You get all the official tests administered in that timeframe, except for the February LSATs, which are rarely released anyway. (You can find a few in the SuperPrep series.) There are five other books in this particular series, giving us six books in total: PrepTests 7-18 PrepTests 19-28 PrepTests 29-38 PrepTests 42-51 * this one PrepTests 52-61 PrepTests 62-71 Don't worry about the first two books. They're too old. But PrepTests 29-38 have some really hard games that are worth pursuing. And PrepTest 52-61 and PrepTests 62-71 have comparative reading, which started with the June 2007 LSAT. Unfortunately, LSAC doesn't appear to have planned out this series in advance. So the titles are confusing to say the least. If I worked at LSAC (yikes), I'd retitle them and re-release them. Alas, I don't work there. So here are their lovely, totally not-confusing titles: PrepTests 7-18 -- "
Just as you would expected - practice tests!
Though the upcoming LSATs are most likely to be online/flex, I personally prefer having a physical hard copy to mark on, and this book is exactly what I need to plow away. They are not printed on the nicest papers but honestly that didn't really matter. Just wish the price is a bit cheaper, since we already have to pay $200 to take the tests, and I plan on doing all the tests going all the way back.
Don't just buy one.
There is one thing you MUST do if you want to do well on the LSAT: take many, many practice test. It's an absolute necessity. You cannot think that you only need one of these books. Buy several. Do 20-30 tests and see your score improve. I took over 30 practice tests and my score improved 11 points.
Indispensable and economical
You can't do without each and everyone of these for complete preparation. This volume contains 10, previously administered tests, with answer keys to each exam. The back of the book contains the bubble fill-in sheets to practice. Purchasing them individually cost much more, so this is an economical way to prepare yourself.
DEFINITELY NOT LIKE NEW
Really Amazon? Sure, the book hasn't been written in, but it's been drug through a mud puddle. I can't believe there was an inspection sticker on a cover that's barely holding on by an inch. I paid more for the "like new" version instead of "acceptable" but this is barely acceptable.
Solid study choice
Good variety of tests with vast variety of questions . Answer key is clear and Easy to score. Highly recommend !
A.B.
Easy to read, great price.
New (but not new pack of tests)
How nice of them to release this.... for the money it is worth it for extra practice. Watch out though it might make you cry.
You get what you ordered.
It is what it is - period.

Five Stars
Excellent help.
BEST source of previously out-of-print exams (and MUCH more affordable!!!)
I was VERY happy to learn LSAC finally released these in a book of 10. For several years, LSAC only sold PrepTests 39-51 individually for $8 each, then let them go out-of-print (because who wants to pay that much!?!) Now you can get most of those for 2-3 bucks an exam, just like the vast majority of the other tests out there. Unfortunately, like most PrepTests, these don't come with explanations (only SuperPrep and SuperPrep 2 do). As newer exams are released, these are starting to be on the older side, so if you only have a few months left to study, get these OTHER books of 10 exams instead:
Very Good
Do official preptest with these books. With LSAT practice and methodology is the most important thing. I used these books and the powerscore bible (not the workbook).
