This is another excellent book by Dr. Munroe. It is a wonderful thing to have a servant who is willing to completely submit to God's calling on his life. This book is filled with practical purpose and application for understanding, discerning and insight into God's plan for the earth He created and the purpose each one of His children serves during the implementation of that plan.

"God's Big Idea" is a book about the unstoppable power of ideas. Myles Monroe unveils the ideology that is the eternal purpose of the creator for His creation and for humanity on earth. Throughout the book he offers solutions to earthly problems, including: war, terrorism, crime, AIDS epidemics, child abuse, environmental destruction, culture clashes, economic crisis, political and religious corruption, and the culture of fear. Monroe's writing is strong and articulate, appealing to the intellect and to the practical. His clear powerful gospel message does not espouse religion but emphasizes the plan and purpose of God, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. The book is filled with scriptural content which guides the reader into an understanding of the precepts of God's Kingdom. Munroe then opens the way for the individual to "Reclaim God's Original Purpose for their life." This is a book for everyone desirous of fulfilling their destiny while impacting today's culture for God's Kingdom purposes.

Dr. Munroe has so much to say today and to all of us. He is the Lord's Servant for this time! This is a life-filfulling learning experience.

I just loved reading this book. I've been a believer for many years but even doctrine does not explain things the way this man has. It has put many things into perspective that many of us just gloss over because it seems out of context for our time. God's Kingdom and the Kingdom of Heaven are very much for our time and Miles Monroe does a fabulous job explaining why. Loved it and am so looking forward to reading his other books. This volume captures a lot of what Dr. Myles Munroe has written in his other books on the Kingdom of God. But it's still worth the read if you're looking for a condensed treatment of his four books on the Kingdom. I highly recommend it!

I encourage anyone who's ever given up on trying to understand the Bible, to take the time to read Myles Munroe's "Kingdom" series. Prior to this, it's been all out of context. Like trying to apply the rules of football to a softball game. When I saw Munroe on the Benny Hinn shows, explaning things in layman's language and comparing the ambiguous Kingdom of God...or the pie in the sky concept...to a REAL Kingdom, which is what it is, was & will be; drawing parallels between God's government and Kingdom rulership: "God's Kingdom is not a democracy!" ~ Ureka! It all fell into place. Using the wrong paradigm, nothing about it can make sense. In a Kingdom scenerio, tho...Bingo! It all falls into place. I liked the fact that he drew on the actual scriptures to prove his points...they proved themselves, in that light. I also recommend the NKJV Bible (New King James Version) as well as the Touchpoint Bible, available from some of Amazon's resellers, originally from Guideposts. It explains each book of the bible in accordance with the time and the events taking place; as well as the people and the parts they played. Back to Myles Munroe, tho..reading what he has to say, shines the light of illumination, on "the word" as I've never had it explained before. I believe, as another poster said, that he was destined for these times; and, those who take the time, will certainly be blessed, by reading his Kingdom series. Reading God's BIG Idea, is a Great Idea!

This book is a must have in every home. Lots of surprises between the pages. I purchased two and gifted one. It’s important to know that you will most likely become energized and start creating a great Big life.

There are no words to express the powerful impact this book has had on my Spirit and mind!!! It is Totally Holy Ghost inspired!!!!

I really enjoyed the author's way of explaining the Kingdom of God using Scripture yet not in the same ole way of other Bible teachers. He explains the 'big picture' of God's Kingdom which involves its culture, economy, and proliferation. He points out that the Kingdom is not meant to live in the sweet by and by but in the here and now. His examples from history and today's society really help illustrate his points. They made the material easily understandable. The book is a very easy to read and inspired me to start living for my King in His Kingdom right now. If you haven't read a book of the Kingdom of God, I recommend this book first before even reading a more academic or scholarly book of the Kingdom.

This book really helps you to understand God on a completely different level. Myles does a great job teaching from a Kingdom perspective (as usual) If you want to know the God of the bible the way he intended you to know him then you will want to check this out. This is especially helpful for citizens of democracies.

Good book about how God wants to work through each one of us to bring His Kingdom to earth. It all starts with an idea delivered by human effort. God's Big idea is to use us to bring Heaven to earth.

This book is one of his best. I agreed with and enjoyed the content. He does a marvelous job on the topic. I would refer it to anyone interested in expanding their mindset.
