This workbook contains all 131 narrations of Kitaab al-Jaami' from Buloogh al-Maraam, along with an English translation of each one. It has been designed to provide structured guidance for note-taking. With each hadeeth, as a routine, we learn about the Companion(s) who narrated it and the imam(s) who collected it. Important points, based primarily on the explanation of Shaykh Saalih al-Fowzaan, follow in numbered lists, with adequate space for notes. It is hoped that students who may normally struggle with note-taking may learn how to identify the most important points of a class and improve this essential skill.
In this study of 131 hadeeth narrations, we will learn and/or be reminded about –in shaa' Allah- the importance of refining one's character, some good manners to work on, some bad manners to avoid, and some important personal supplications to be used throughout our day and night. In Section One, we study 16 narrations about essential everyday manners in basic interactions. Then, 14 narrations zoom in on some of the most important manners connected to kindness and keeping ties in Section Two. In Section Three, 11 narrations inspire us to be more pious, more focused on the Hereafter, and less materialistic, in shaa' Allah. Section Four includes 40 narrations warning us from various manifestations of bad character, while Section Five includes 19 more narrations about more ways to apply good character. Finally, in the last section, we study 31 narrations about remembrance and supplication. While memorizing all of these narrations is indeed quite helpful, the last section, most specifically, should be given special attention.

Very Insightful Workbook to Aid the Lessons Taught by Ustadh Moosa Richardson
Great work and the amount of effort put into the workbook shows. Extremely beneficial supplement it's "easy to follow" format. We often hear names of narrators like Abu Hurairah, Imam Bukhari, and Imam Muslim not really paying attention to what their real names were or when they passed or their virtues and why the're well known. This book along with following the lessons brings all that to the forefront. Excellent supplement for anyone following the class online. We're only on the 4th lesson so plenty of time to get it and follow along.

I really recommend this workbook, the purchase price is well below it's added value to an already free class. The questions are targeted so you know what to pay extra attention to while listening to the podcast and after you write in your answers it is really good review so you don't have to relisten to a whole episode.

I remember purchasing this book in the hope of improving my interpersonal interaction and communication skills with others (by the permission of Allaah). Now that I have completed the book (via audio and workbook) I feel I have gained more than what I initially expected, Alhamdulilah. The course covers a range of topic from the issues of aqeedah (creed) to dua (supplications)! I would recommend this course to individuals, families, businesses (increase your customer service skills), professionals (better interaction with clients whether they are Muslim or non-Muslims)... just about everyone really. It will help you to understand each other’s rights and practically implement the skills gained through this course firstly your interaction between you and Allaah, yourself, neighbours, families and customers etc... Another bonus is that it will increase your confidence and self-esteem (in shaa Allaah). The author and tutor is excellent (Allahumma barik lahu) in his explanation and manages to engage the audience even though they live all over the world!

Excellent book well written and presented also has online classes to follow very beneficial if anyone would like to familiarise themselves with Islamic etiquettes and fine manners, based upon authentic Islamic texts, rare in the English language! A must read for every seeker of the truth regarding Islamic manners and etiquettes!
