    Meghan March has been on my radar for some time, but have not had the chance to read any of her work yet. Let me tell you, I have been missing out. Take Me Back was such a wonderful and emotional story of two people trying to figure out if there is anything left between them. Not sure what I was expecting, but it was so much more than I thought it would be.

    What happens after you have found your happily ever after? Most are so happy and in love, it’s hard to imagine never being so again. But what do you do when you find yourself close to losing the one person you thought would be yours forever?

    We meet Dane and Kat and get to know them through their dual point of views during the present and flashbacks to their past. We instantly know who these characters are and who they are to each other. I loved seeing their connection, both present and past. These two people were so connected with each other.

    It’s really hard to talk about this story in depth, because it truly needs to be read and felt with no other background then the blurb. But rest assured this is a must-read book that is emotional, raw and all consuming. There was just so much going on. It was more than just a story about reconnecting, but of secrets, lies, unexpected twists and suspense. l

    Kat is strong, independent and loves her job. Dane is strong, determined and a complete alpha. But what is truly going on between them? How did they get to this point?

    This was such a wild ride, but one I am so glad to have taken. I was consumed from the start. I loved, loved this story. I am not even sure if I can truly express how much I enjoyed this read. It was so unexpected, but oh so amazing. I can’t remember the last time I read such an intense book. Seriously, go read this book now!

    I have never read a Meghan March novel and didn’t quite know what to expect. The synopsis sounded like your typical second chance romance. They meet on a beach vacation, fall in love and get married. After their marriage the communication stops and they are barely speaking to each other anymore. They make one last ditch effort and go on another beach vacation in the tropics. They are re-kindling the romance and then this second chance romance story becomes a romantic suspense novel. WHAT?!!! I was totally blindsided! In a great way!

    Second chance romances are not my favorite, but I am a HUGE fan of romantic suspense novels and this one captured my attention, lock, stock and gun barrels!

    Part of the fun with this novel was the fact that I was completely snookered! I mean, I thought it was turning into a swinger book or something, and i was starting to get really uncomfortable. (Blushing while writing) Swingers, threesomes, bondage, etc. are not really my thing, so thank god I was completely wrong! Our heroine in peril, struggles to find her inner Rambo, and was failing horribly at that, when our hero turns into hot commando guy and saves the day! Woo-Hoo!

    Ok, I didn’t give away the plot, but did give away a little bit of the surprise in this book, because it was that surprise that I enjoyed so much. How could I write a review without revealing a little of my shock and awe? This book was fun, and a light read. No heavy lifting needed. The perfect vacation book, unless you’re taking a beach vacation. You may want to pack a gun, instead of a book!

       Dane and Kat were amazing, and I really enjoyed them and their story. I loved their personalities and red-hot chemistry together, and how their story progressed throughout for the most part. I loved reading the book from both Dane and Kat's POV, and most of their banter and interactions with each other. I don't usually read books with suspense elements in them, and it's been a while since I have, but I honestly loved this one. Take Me Back was fast-paced, intense, and kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. It was definitely a thrilling ride and I enjoyed nearly every moment of it. There were some parts that I didn't like as much, but it was still an enjoyable and entertaining read from start to finish. Meghan March did an amazing job with every aspect of Take Me Back, and I was very happy with the conclusion to Dane and Kat's story. It was better than I hoped it would be and made me extremely happy.

       Take Me Back was a sexy, suspenseful, and entertaining standalone contemporary romance, and I would highly recommend it!     I've only read a couple of books by Meghan, but this one has got to be my favourite.

    Take me Back is a Story about Kat and Dane who fell in love on a tropical island and got married. Three Years later and desperate to save their marriage they go off to another tropical island in the hopes of falling in love yet again. But just as everything is starting to fall into place, danger strikes and the ultimate fight of their lives begin.

    This was a fantastic read, I just couldn't put it down, and just when you think you have the plot figured out BAM!! It takes an unexpected turn, that keeps you hooked and on the edge of your seat.

    Its beautifully written and Kat and Dane are so intoxicating. The perfect blend of sexiness, suspense, and completely captivating. A wild ride of emotion and also heart wrenching in places. Strap in, you are in for the ride of your life with this one.
