- Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2016This book is just what my child's orchestra teacher recommended. I like the layout of the book, the informative tips on posture and finger position. It also comes with a compendium DVD for additional instruction and practice. My child finds it very easy to use. This book is ideal for the beginning bass player who's just learning about finger position, strings, and music in general.
